1 shot Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum BUY
½ shot Original Peachtree Liqueur
shot Fresh pressed pineapple juice
½ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¾ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
10 fresh Mint leaves

How to make:

BLEND all ingredients with 12oz scoop of crushed ice. Serve with short straws.

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino cherry and mint sprig

Comment:

This Tiki classic looks a little like frozen stagnant pond water but tastes minty fresh and rather good.
