Lemon zest twist & float basil leaf

How to make:

POUR lemon and honey into shaker and stir until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

13 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 spoon Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)
1 12 fl oz Novo Fogo Silver
23 fl oz Pallini Limoncello
23 fl oz Aperol or other Italian red aperitivo
3 fresh Basil leaves
12 fresh Egg white

Bittersweet and complex with underlying cachaça character. Perfect as an aperitivo.
