Grapefruit zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|3/4 fl oz||St-Germain elderflower liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Aperol or other orange-red aperitivo|
|3/4 fl oz||Grapefruit juice (ruby red)|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
A delicious trio of flavours meets in harmony. Tart ruby grapefruit and lemon, subtle bitterness, and rich elderflower.
