1 dash	Orange Bitters by Angostura
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and small mint leaf.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
Garnish with small mint leaf floated on surface.

The becherobka is the depht here. Pure flavor... i really lack the citrus, so I will go for it . But is nice :D

Very nice indeed. Midnight scavenger hunt for mint leaf proved successful. The apricot sits so nicely with the herbal and rich bourbon flavours. Will add to the retry/rotation connection.

The recipe says orange zest twist for the garnish but the photo looks like it has a mint leaf in it?

Very strong flavours —just what I hope for in a cocktail! All of the ingredients blend well together, but the union of the Becherovka and Génépy is awe inspiring. Sublime.
