Shanghai Disneyland offers this cocktail in the Pirates of the Caribbean area.

I would never use simple syrup in a Margarita - subbed with agave, but I would probably ease off to 10 ml with it... I used Lunazul and Luxardo Triplum and just did a shake and dump with ice crushed in a Lewis bag. The specs here are pretty spot on. A crowd pleaser.

Question? Shoudent have more Tequila than a regular (shaked) Margarita? Ice reduces the alcohol perception and frozem dooms the sweeteness perception. Right?

Is that cherry garnish correct? I’ve only seen limes…

I recommend making two at a time to give the blender something to grip on

For individual servings, you can use an immersion blender. You will need to crish the ice more finely using a lewis bag or similar though.
