Serve in

Old-fashioned glass...
2 fl oz Cognac
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon slice & cherry on stick (sail)

Comment:

After the Whisky Sour, this is the most requested sour. Try it and you'll see why - but don't omit the egg white.
