2 fl oz Berneroy Fine Calvados
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice, SHAKE again and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon slice & cherry on stick (sail)
