A mojito topped with champagne instead of soda water. There's posh.
Complex and very refreshing. Rum is the predominant flavour but is brilliantly accentuated with grapefruit, fernet and vinegar.

Given this is made with a generous measure of elderflower liqueur, you'll be surprised how dry this floral G&T is.
Like the Long Island Iced Tea, the Quattro Bianchi uses all the white spirits in the well but is a tad dryer than most renditions of the LA Iced Tea.
