A mojito topped with champagne instead of soda water. There's posh.
Complex and very refreshing. Rum is the predominant flavour but is brilliantly accentuated with grapefruit, fernet and vinegar.
Arguably, when numbering my fruit cups, I left the best till last. (I skipped number 16 because the number 7 so befits a Tennessee whiskey-based cocktail).
Given this is made with a generous measure of elderflower liqueur, you'll be surprised how dry this floral G&T is.
Like the Long Island Iced Tea, the Quattro Bianchi uses all the white spirits in the well but is a tad dryer than most renditions of the LA Iced Tea.
A spicy long drink to bury yourself in.
