1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |

Review:
A Sweet Manhattan with subtle blackberry and raspberry fruit. Despite the liqueur, this remains spirit-forward and relatively dry.
History:
Created in 2009 by yours truly at the Cabinet Room in London England and named for Charlotte Ashburner, then Chambord liqueur's UK brand manager.
