How to make:

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with chilled champagne.

1 fl oz Cognac
1 fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
2 dash Orange bitters
2 drop The Bitter Truth Bogart's Bitters
1 12 fl oz Brut Champagne

Comment:

Reminiscent of a classic champagne cocktail with cognac, champagne and zesty orange flavours dominating. It’s surprising how little cherry brandy notes are evident in the finished drink given the recipe calls for a whole shot.
