How to make:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with chilled champagne.
|1 fl oz||Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac|
|1 fl oz||Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur|
|2 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura|
|2 drop||Boker's bitters|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Brut champagne or sparkling wine|
Reminiscent of a classic champagne cocktail with cognac, champagne and zesty orange flavours dominating. It’s surprising how little cherry brandy notes are evident in the finished drink given the recipe calls for a whole shot.
