Garnish:
Add a sprig of mint if wanted
How to make:
Chill glass in fridge
Mix gin and mastiha in shaker with lots of ice
Pour into flute
Top up with champagne
30 ml | Monkey 47 gin |
15 ml | Mastiha liqueur |
Top up with | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |

Keep the Mastiha Liqueur in the freezer
